I haven’t gotten my wedding album, but I have everything else ready to go for my wedding and my reception.  Everything from bridal accessories to wedding favors has been taken care of.  Now all I have to do is choose one of the gorgeous wedding albums there are to pick from.  Sounds easy doesn’t it?  Not with all the terrific wedding picture albums on the market today.  There are so many fantastic looking wedding photo albums with scrapbooking and compartments for keepsakes, and so many different styles and colors.  It’ really not an easy choice.

We went together to a wedding accessory store looking for my wedding ceremony accessory items.  I already had all of my wedding reception accessory items crossed off my list, except for the wedding favors I need for my guests.  While shopping we did find a beautiful wedding accessory set with the unity candle and taper candle holders.  That’s one more item crossed off.  There is still a lot of shopping left to do before my big day. I’m glad my sister is helping me with it all.

She really did a job on their savings.  She got all the wedding decorations she needed and reception supplies too, from the wedding favors to the cake topper.  But she sort of spared no expense on her wedding ceremony decorations.  She paid top dollar for all the wedding decor supplies she needed.  Wish I would have known, I could have told her about discount wedding decorations and saved them some money.  Oh well, so much for the honeymoon.

First, my friends laughed at me for wanting a dolphin-themed wedding.  Then they kept telling me there was no way I’d find decorations and wedding favors for my theme.  When I told them I wanted to  give wine favors as table gifts, they thought for sure I’d never find them.  I fooled them all.  Not only did I find very pretty discount wine favors, they were also topped with a dolphin.  All my friends who laughed at me now treasure their very own dolphin bottle stopper favor.  Now they are all asking me to help them fine unique wine wedding favors.

I don’t know if the poor girl has no taste or if she just didn’t know where to look for decent placecard holders.  The wedding favors weren’t so great either.  If I would have known I could have told her where to find adorable wedding placecard holders, like the heart placecard holders or the star placecard holders.

I got the wine glasses for my guests wedding favors.  The glass favors not only pleased my guests, but decorated my tables as well.  Glass wedding favors added that extra sparkle to all the place settings.  I’m so glad I chose glasses favors for everyone.

I planned a comical wedding reception with a comical cake and one of the best comical wedding toppers to crown it with.  Everyone thought it was hysterical. To top it off I also bought novelty favors, as their wedding favors gifts, with a sense of humor in mind.  All my guests seemed very pleased and I know they all had a great time and lots of laughs.

My mom tried to help with the planning of my wedding and reception, but, we didn’t agree on any of the wedding accessories we looked at.  I thought the wedding ceremony accessories looked a little shabby.  And the wedding reception accessories were just a little too traditional for me.  I wanted something special, I wanted unique wedding accessories.  What she was picking out just wasn’t my style.  And the wedding favors, well, we won’t even go there.  I guess I’ll have to get everything when she’s not looking.
